Try to always reschedule rather than cancel a lesson.
If you have to cancel a lesson you will get a full refund as a discount in your next bill as long as you give 48h notice.
You will receive half refund as a discount in your next bill if you give 24h notice.
There won’t be a refund if the class is canceled with less than 24h notice.
You have 15 days after you have paid your package of lessons to change your mind and receive a full refund if you have not used any of the lessons.
You have a maximum of 6 months to enjoy your package of lessons after you have purchased it.
